Christina’s main goal as an osteopath is to improve her client’s functional goals as well as their overall health and wellbeing, approaching each individual case from different angles and encompassing the osteopathic philosophy of body unity. She uses a wide variety of techniques, from hands on treatment and dry needling, to exercises and lifestyle advice to set out a treatment plan tailored to the individual’s needs in order to achieve these goals.
Christina graduated from RMIT University with a Distinction in a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Osteopathy. Having grown up in the outer eastern suburbs, Christina is keen to help improve the heath and wellbeing of the people within her local community.
In February of 2015 she spent one month treating pre- and post-surgery patients in a sports medicine hospital in Mumbai India, and has worked with an extensive range of acute and chronic sporting injuries as a Sports Medic in the rugby field. These experiences have allowed her to developed a keen interest in treating a wide variety of conditions.
In her spare time, Christina loves getting out into the sunshine to keep active, whether it be a casual walk or climb up the 1000 steps memorial trail. She also enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with family and friends.
